Fish Fry
this afternoon's Fish Fry has been cancelled due to possible rain and thunderstorms, a new date has yet to be determined.

Butts: Soul Harvest Baptist Church in Somerville and Flint Baptist Church are both looking for a pastor; pray for the Cagle family
Holt: pray for Brad Vest; and for Johnna's teacher assignment
Petersohn: pray for the Nashville community
Vernetti: pray for Matthew who continues to suffer from bipolar disorder and is having frequent "meltdowns" lately
Strickland: Scott has announced that he will be resigning as teacher in two weeks; pray for Scott as he goes to work security at First Baptist Church on Sunday mornings, and pray for the class as we find a new teacher.

Sunday School Family Fellowship Night
FISH FRY! MAY 16 5PM DEERFOOT SUBDIVISION PLAYGROUND
Please RSVP to Pam and Luke by Friday (lpccbuckner@bellsouth.net), need to know how many in each family are coming. Pam will pick up all food and supplies and we will split the cost on Sunday night.
She will be getting plates, napkins, cups, forks, drinks, fish, oil, fries, huspuppies, ketchup, tartar sauce, charcoal, lighter fluid, hotdogs, potato chips, buns, mustard, slaw, homemade icecream, and brownies. If you see something has been left out please email Pam.

Buckners: Have been given the opportunity to teach the 9th grade Sunday School class beginning in June :)
Vernetti: Taylor doing well, hasn't fainted in 2 weeks
Prayer:
Bound: Brandon has a recheck on his ears, may have to have tubes
Kirkland: Sandy's great uncle died yesterday and her uncle has cancer
Eric and Deborah Cottingham: Eric's dad passed away, visitation/funeral today at 2pm
